His career in roofing began in 1998 under his father-in-law’s tutelage, leading to a wealth of experience in various construction and roofing projects. In 2001, Trey embarked on a new path as a catastrophic property claims adjuster. This role took him across the United States, aiding those affected by natural disasters. Over two decades, he became a highly respected adjuster specializing in complex, large-loss situations, coordinating with contractors, engineers, investigators, and lawyers.

In 2021, a shift occurred when Trey’s employer ceased operations in Oklahoma. Seizing this moment, Trey and his wife channeled his extensive experience into establishing RGC. The company swiftly rose to prominence, assisting residential and commercial clients with repairs, damage mitigation, and new constructions.
